Recovery Services
Downtown Edwardsville's only cold plunge, vibration plate, hyperice equipment room! It includes our commercial cold plunge pool, and a lounge with all the Normatec compression boots, and Hypervolt guns. Bring your suit and/or athletic clothing, towel, and water bottle to enjoy and get in recovery mode. Lockers available.
Drop-In:
Cold Plunge Pool: $20 for 5 minute plunge (15 minutes in room)
Normatec Compression/Hyperice Lounge: $20 for 15 minute session
Vibration Plate: $5 add-on (5-10 minutes)
